Eva Surovell is a reporting intern at The Chronicle interested in free-speech issues, diversity and equity, Title IX, and the continuing impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on college campuses.
Surovell will graduate in May 2023 from the University of Virginia, where she studied English and French and served as editor in chief of the student newspaper, The Cavalier Daily. She has also contributed to Cville Weekly and Sabato’s Crystal Ball.
